An interest bearing, unlimited check writing account, available only to Sole Proprietors or Not-for-Profit Organizations.

There are two interest rate tiers:

An interest bearing account, available to all businesses, but with transaction limitations.

Unlimited transactions by mail or in person. Transfers from this account to another or to third parties by pre-authorized, automatic, telephone, or computer transfer limited to six per statement cycle with no more than three by check, draft, debit card or similar order to third parties.

A minimum balance fee of $10.00 will be charged if the account balance falls below $1000.00 on any day in the statement cycle.

There are four interest rate tiers:

- Tier 4 - An interest rate of 4.05 % will be paid only for that portion of your average daily balance that is $200,000.01 or more. The annual percentage yield (APY) for this tier will range from 1.42 % to 1.90 %, depending on the amount of the account.
- Tier 3 - An interest rate of 3.15 % will be paid only for that portion of your average daily balance that is $100,000.01 or more, but less than or equal to $200,000.00. The annual percentage yield (APY) for this tier will range from 1.23 % to 1.42 %, depending on the balance in the account.
- Tier 2 - An interest rate of 2.80 % will be paid only for that portion of your average daily balance that is %50,000.01 or more, but less than or equal to $100,000.00. The annual percentage yield (APY) for this tier will range from 1.11 % to 1.23 %, depending on the balance in the account.
- Tier 1 - An interest rate of 2.35 % will be paid on the entire portion of your average daily balance that is less than $50,000.01. The annual percentage yield (APY) for this tier is 1.11 %. The interest rate(s) and annual percentage yield(s) are accurate as of December 5, 2008 .
