- Download and complete the Refinancing Application
- Bring the completed application and all other required documents to our main bank in Wamego, or our branches in Manhattan or Alma.
- We'll contact you within 2 business days with the amount we are able to lend you
- Meet with your First National Bank of Wamego loan officer to complete the loan process and receive your cash.
What you will need
- Signed and completed Refinance application and authorizations
- Copy of applicant's driver's license
- Copy of pay stubs covering the last 30 days for the borrower and co-borrower
- Copy of W-2s for the 3 most recent years for borrower and co-borrower if not self employed
- Copy of tax returns for 3 most recent years if self-employed or first time home buyer
- Copy of last two months bank statements for all accounts listed on application.
