Personal Savings accounts provide a basic, interest bearing way, to save funds, earn interest, and have access to your money.

• $100.00 to open
• Withdrawals limited to three per calendar month
• An excess debit fee of $3.00 for each withdrawal in excess of three per calendar month
• The account earns interest based on the average collected daily balance
• Interest is compounded and credited quarterly
• Quarterly statements unless the account contains an electronic transaction during a month, then a monthly statement is sent (E-statements are available)
• Limitations on frequency of transfers - Transfers from a savings account to another account or to third parties by pre-authorized, automatic, telephone, or computer transfers are limited to three per month with no transfers by check, draft, debit card or similar order to third parties.

My First Savings Account

My First Savings Account is created for those 13 years old or younger. This account earns interest, which is compounded and credited quarterly, and only requires $15 to open. For each calendar quarter that the balance increases a minimum of $15, the account holder is eligible for a free gift.

Holiday Club Account

Save money for the holidays by depositing money throughout the year in your Holiday Club Account. Then annually on November 1st we will send you a check for the balance plus the accrued interest in the account to use for the holidays. What a great way to save for the holiday season.

• No withdrawals allowed on account
• A check for entire balance plus accrued interest in the account will be cut on November 1st each year and mailed to you to use for the holidays

Vacation Club Account

Save money for the vacation of your dreams by depositing money throughout the year in your Vacation Club Account. Annually on May 1st we will send you a check for the balance in the account plus the accrued interest. Use the money you have saved for your summer vacation, home improvements, or whatever summer brings your way. What a great way to save for the vacation of your dreams.

The penalty will equal 12 months interest on the amount withdrawn subject to penalty for 48 and 60 month CDs. In certain circumstances such as the death or incompetence of an owner of this account, the law permits, or in some cases requires, the waiver of the early withdrawal penalty. See your plan disclosure if this account is part of an IRA, Keogh or other tax qualified plan.

EASY IRAs

Our Easy IRA* is similar to our Traditional/Roth IRA, except that it

• only requires $100 to open
• unlimited additional deposits can be made to the EASY IRA account in minimum increments of $25.00, up to your maximum allowable IRA Contribution limits.
• Interest can be:
  • compounded back to CD/IRA monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually or
  • paid monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually by a deposit to checking or savings accounts or by check
• Early withdrawal penalties (a penalty imposed for withdrawals before maturity) will equal six months of interest on the amount withdrawn subject to penalty. In certain circumstances, such as death or incompetence of an account owner, the law permits, or in some cases requires, the waiver of early withdrawal penalty. Other exceptions may also apply, for example, if this is part of an IRA or other tax-deferred savings plan.
